1. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Since these are handcrafted to your specific hero specifications, please allow 2–4 weeks for production and quality checks before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the sofa.

  • White Glove Delivery (Optional): Includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. (Available in select regions).

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are:

  • Local/Domestic: 5–10 business days.

  • Regional/International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and distance).

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your sofa begins its journey, we will send you a Tracking Number via email. You can follow its progress from our workshop to your doorstep.

5. Delivery Inspection (Important)

Because our sofas are built for resilience, we want to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • Upon arrival: Please inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If you notice any significant damage to the box, please note it on the delivery slip and contact our support team within 24 hours.

6. Customs and Duties (International)
