Refund policy
At The Hero Sofa, we build our products to endure. However, we understand that sometimes a "throne" might not fit your space as expected. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and as resilient as our furniture.
1. The "Hero's Grace" Period (Returns)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

As furniture is a high-value item, returns for "change of mind" may incur a restocking fee or return shipping costs.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your sofa arrives with "battle scars" (damage from shipping) or a manufacturing defect:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.

Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a full refund at no extra cost to you. Our 5-year frame warranty also covers structural integrity.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom Orders: Any sofa customized specifically to your dimensions or unique fabric choices cannot be returned unless there is a structural defect.

Sale Items: Items purchased during "Final Sale" events are generally non-refundable.
4. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellations made after the item has been dispatched will be treated as a standard return.
