Refund policy

At The Hero Sofa, we build our products to endure. However, we understand that sometimes a "throne" might not fit your space as expected. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and as resilient as our furniture.

1. The "Hero's Grace" Period (Returns)

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • As furniture is a high-value item, returns for "change of mind" may incur a restocking fee or return shipping costs.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your sofa arrives with "battle scars" (damage from shipping) or a manufacturing defect:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.

  • Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • We will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a full refund at no extra cost to you. Our 5-year frame warranty also covers structural integrity.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Any sofa customized specifically to your dimensions or unique fabric choices cannot be returned unless there is a structural defect.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during "Final Sale" events are generally non-refundable.

4. The Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Cancellations made after the item has been dispatched will be treated as a standard return.
